We recently had our roof and one skylight replaced by Northshore Exteriors, and to say we had a great experience would be an understatement. From beginning to end, Northshore made the daunting prospect of replacing our roof as easy as a project like this could possibly be. Our sales associate, Trevor, was excellent; he discussed all of the possibilities and options with us until we were sure of what we wanted and had no further questions, and his bid for the work was much more than fair. Our roof replacement was scheduled quickly, and when a break in the forecast weather appeared, the company was quick to accommodate that and proceed with the job.Our foreman, Thomas, was on top of everything from start to finish, and communicated with us often regarding progress and next steps. He explained the specific plans he had for our roof with regard to ice and water mitigation; indeed, he explained the entire process (including his project planning) expertly. By the end of our conversation, I had no questions that had gone unanswered. As work continued, Thomas frequently updated us on progress, and made sure that no new questions had arisen. The project was completed in 1 day, and once they were finished, the crew left our worksite as clean as, or perhaps a bit cleaner than, it was before work began.I would highly recommend Northshore Exteriors to anyone who is in the market for roof repair and replacement. Northshore also works with siding, and we plan to contract them to do some siding repairs in the future.
