Joe Faunce, who hails from Kingsley, MI, is a proud family man with his wife, Karissa, and their four children. As president and founder of Northshore Exteriors and a licensed residential builder, Joe's background lies in the roofing industry, with 23 years in insurance claims. In his spare time, Joe can be found playing guitar, hunting, fishing, and golfing. He particularly enjoys his job, citing the chance to work with a passionate and experienced team that can make dreams a reality.

Jared Wojan is from Beaver Island, MI, and is now living in Traverse City with his wife, Kailey, and two sons. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, playing sports, and, of course, spending quality time with his family. Currently, Jared is the vice president of sales at Northshore Exteriors, but he also has eight years of experience working at Wimsatt Building Materials and was involved in his family's excavation business. The thing he likes most about his job is the ability to grow a local company, the company culture, working with friends, and getting to meet new people and customers.

George Clark, who resides in Grand Rapids, MI, is a proud husband of Cathy and a father of three adult sons. As vice president of strategic planning, George has experienced success and joy in his current role with Northshore Exteriors. Before his current job, he was a licensed builder for over 15 years and devoted 10 years to residential home energy audits, during which he held a seat on the board of directors of the HBA at the state and local levels. In his spare time, George loves hunting, fishing, outdoors, sports, woodworking, and, of course, spending time with his family.

Chandler Novotny is a proud resident of Traverse City and a native of Charlevoix, MI. As the vice president of operations at Northshore Exteriors, Chandler brings a wealth of knowledge from his prior experience working in accounting and as a salesman at Wimsatt Building Materials. When not working, Chandler can be found indulging in hobbies such as playing golf and basketball or remodeling his home. The congenial atmosphere and strong work ethic of his peers at Northshore Exteriors are his favorite aspects of his job.

Nick Thompson is originally from Elk Rapids, MI, and currently resides in Traverse City. He is engaged to Samantha and enjoys traveling, camping, snowboarding, and golf. As a sales manager, Nick holds various certifications, such as the CertainTeed Select Shingle Master, Lomanco Ventilation, Sell Like Hell Training, and Signature Worldwide Customer Service Training. Before his current position, he served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and was a roof loading specialist at Wimsatt Building Materials. Nick particularly enjoys working with customers, builders, and crews to ensure they have the best roofing and siding systems. He is especially satisfied when he sees a customer's satisfaction at the completion of the job.

Elizabeth Young-DuFort, originally from Traverse City, MI, currently resides there with her husband, Kevin, and their grown children, Rachel and Cate. She works as an office manager, drawing upon her past experience in office management, financial advisement, and sales. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys boating with her husband, sunning on the beach, and discovering all the gems that Northern Michigan has to offer. Her favorite part about her job is her client interaction and the upbeat atmosphere.

Michael Draper is a roofing production manager who hails from Traverse City, MI. His family includes his beloved wife, Ember, and their two kids. When not hard at work, Mike enjoys playing video games and fishing with his children. Before taking on the role at Northshore Exteriors, Mike held several jobs in local restaurants and factories. His favorite parts about the job are the challenging and stimulating environment and the family-like feeling that the company offers. Mike is also pleased to work with outstanding supervisors.

Brandon Clayton is a project foreman who resides in Traverse City, MI, with his wife, Alexandria, and their two children. He loves outdoor activities and roofing as hobbies, and he holds certifications in OSHA, heavy equipment, CPR, and a lift certification. Previously, he had been self-employed and worked for BRD Construction until he discovered Northshore Exteriors. Brandon's favorite parts about his job are the friendly atmosphere and the continual opportunity to learn new things.

Mario Cabanting is a commercial and residential sales rep of Mesick, MI, formerly from Buckley, MI, where he lives with his wife, Brogan, and their three children. In his spare time, he likes playing basketball, golf, lacrosse, and hiking, as well as spending time with his family. He has seven years of experience in the industry and has been certified by both John Mansville and GAF. Mario appreciates the enthusiasm of his colleagues, the open communication of the company, and the chances he gets to further develop his expertise due to the people he works with and for.
